2. About Our Services

OrthoBalance Diagnostics provides professional biomechanical diagnostic services, orthotic fabrication, and related clinical treatments. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Dynamic Biomechanical & Postural Analysis
  • Precision Thermal Orthotic Fabrication
  • The "Body Architecture" VIP Protocol
  • Pediatric Posture & Growth Support

All clinical services are provided by qualified practitioners at our clinic located at 47-49 Park Royal Road, NW10 7LQ, London, UK.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee an appointment. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We will contact you to confirm your appointment within 1-2 working days.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.

3.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your session to ensure we can provide adequate care. This will be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

  • Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless alternative arrangements have been made.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
  • For the VIP Protocol and other premium services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Price ranges listed on the website reflect the variation in complexity and individual requirements.

5. Clinical Disclaimer

Our services are provided for biomechanical assessment and orthotic support purposes. Please note:

  • Our assessments and treatments are complementary to, not a substitute for, medical advice from your GP or specialist.
  • Results may vary between individuals depending on the nature and severity of their condition.
  • You should inform us of any existing medical conditions, medications, or allergies before treatment.
  • If you experience any adverse effects following treatment, please contact us immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.
  • Orthotic devices require a settling-in period and may need adjustment. Follow-up appointments may be recommended.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of OrthoBalance Diagnostics or its content providers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service:

  • Diagnostic assessments: Non-refundable once the assessment has been conducted.
  • Custom orthotics: As these are bespoke products made to your individual specifications, they are non-refundable once fabrication has begun. If you are unsatisfied with the fit, we offer complimentary adjustments within 4 weeks of delivery.
  • Unused bookings: Fully refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
